Hello everyone! I had so much fun building this house, and i think the results are pretty cool, this house can fit a 3 sims family and it features a very big pool area and even a gym! Hope you guys like it!

First floor:
– A living room as soon as you enter the house;
– Laundry room;
– Social bathroom;
– The kitchen with the dining room separated with a open wall.

On the second floor:
– 1 bedroom with a bathroom and a balcony;
– The master bedroom integrated with the gym.
