Synchronized Stereos Mod

Description
This mod will sync all stereos on the lot that are tuned to the same station. You can have multiple stereos playing multiple stations on the lot and it will still sync any stereo tuned to the same station. It will not sync the hot tub, smart hub, DJ booth (radio), skating rink, water scooter, bot or earbuds since they use separate files. I might do an add on later for some of them.

Details
Changed all the standard stereo channels to play the lot audio file instead of the standard one.
