Maxed Restaurant Start at 5 Stars Mod

I have made this restaurant mod due to the frustrations of the Sims 4 Restaurants behaviors, This will improve staff and customers

Working on v1.63-v1.65

MaxedRestaurant_v2 Currently working on reducing buffs and works better than original file, this is a work in progress

The NAPs will still affect customer getting up and kissing people and doing push ups but I am working on reducing this

5 Star Customers
More Groups of two and three Customers and less of ones
Faster Staff
Less Musical Chairs with Customers getting Up and Down
Waiters Serve 7 Tables
Menu Prices up to 1000%
