Agoraphobia Trait Mod

This is my first submission to MTS! I look forward to being a part of this modding community.

Agoraphobia is (according to the dictionary): An anxiety disorder characterized by an extreme or irrational fear of entering open or crowded places, of leaving one?s own home, or of being in places from which escape is difficult. I have this disorder and I made it my mission to create a custom trait so my Sim could also have this disorder for a more personalized experience.

Here are the features currently included in the trait mod:
Random Panic Attacks
Random Social Anxiety Attacks
Feels Happy When at Home
Feels Stressed When Away from Home
Feels Stressed When Around Strangers
Feels Happier When with a Friend
Feels Happier When with a Support Animal (If you have Cats & Dogs EP. NOT required!!)
Social Interactions May Cause Embarrassment
Low Social Need Decay

Here are some of the buffs you can expect with this mod:
Alone in the Crowd (Stressed +4) Your Sim is feeling stressed out by being around one too many strangers at once. (Lasts as long as your Sim is around strangers.)
Friendly Support (Happy +2) Thanks to having a friend nearby, Your Sim feels so much more secure. (Lasts as long as you have at least one friend nearby.)
Support Animal (Happy +2) Your Sim always feels better when their emotional support animal is around. (*Requires Cats & Dogs Pack for this buff but the pack is not required for this overall trait mod.) (Lasts as long as you have a friendly owned cat or dog nearby.)
Panic Attack (Stressed +6) Your Sim is having a panic attack just thinking about possible social interactions. (Randomly happens for 2 hours.)
Social Anxiety (Embarrassed +2) Your Sim is being plagued by a random bout of social anxiety. (Randomly happens for 4 hours.)
Happy at Home (Happy +4) Your Sim feels so happy to be safe in their home. (Constant buff as long as your Sim is on their home lot.)
Out of Comfort Zone (Uncomfortable +3) Your Sim feels way outside of their comfort zone and wants to go back home as soon as possible. (Constant buff as long as your Sim is on any lot that is NOT their home lot.)
Socially Awkward (Embarrassed +2) Sims with agoraphobia have difficulty in social situations to where even the most innocent of conversations can become embarrassing and uncomfortable. (Happens during some types of conversations with both strangers and friends. Lasts for 2 hours.)
